Strength & Restore YOGA with Tracy A balance of Yin and Yang. A mindful strength practice incorporating weight and functional movements that optimize natural range of motion through the joints of the body. The later half of the class will be a supportive practice with the use of props to encourage deep relaxation through comfort, ease, and stillness. *ALL Yoga classes can be modified to suit your individual needs.
