Sound Bathwith Surya Leigh At Divine Love - See Calendar A Sound Bath can provide an experience of relaxation and transformation through sound and vibration. Sound Baths are one of the most soothing, relaxing and rejuvenating tools that I have experienced. A Sound Bath or Sound Meditation is like a sound massage. The healing frequencies created in a Sound Bath can affect our emotional, mental and spiritual well being in a profound way and can open us up to expanded awareness and the presence of now. Sometimes participants feel like they are submerged in sound or are washed in waves of sound. Words like “cleansed” and “cleared” are sometime used to describe ones experience. For others emotions or memories might arise. In other cases joy, elation or a deep relaxation. It can be different each time. Come and see what opens up for you in the sound.
Mantra Movement with Surya Leigh, Marie-Eve, Pat and Tracy At Divine Love -See Calendar Mantra Movement is a class that brings the love of mantra to life. We will explore Mantra and its meaning through various techniques in chanting and song; looking at a variety of traditions. This will be further enlivened through gentle movements out of the Yoga and QiGong tradition. There will be time to create, share and reflect. The class will also close with a time for meditation for the well being of the world. All are welcome. It is a fun way to explore mantra in a group and brings the gifts of Sai Community Kirtan together to share a more in depth experience of mantra and sound. All welcome.
