Marc Fortin, RMT, has always enjoyed to lend a helping hand as a way to connect with others in a meaningful way and when the opportunity arose to pursue his desire to be of service and extend into a healing modality massage was top of the list. After two years of intense schooling and support from all his family and friends he passed the provincial exams and has earned the title of registered massage therapist. And now Marc feels he can bring his full being forward listening to each individual and be in the process of witness to healing. Marc is also continuing studies in movement as a meditative practice and looks forward to sharing this gentle and profound experience with others.
I am in reverence of the majestic presence of the human body and its wisdom to heal. I am witness to patterns of movement and trauma that manifest as pains. Physical pain is a communication that raises our awareness. How it is heard and underdtood it very individual. As a Registered Massage Therapist I endeavour to listen and feel with the goal of understaning and educating my client. I will then offer a treatment plan, providing treatment and listen to the outcome. The effectiveness of the treatment can only be determined by the client, as they feel symptoms lessen and function increase. I respect the process of each individual human being finding balance in body, mind and spirit.
It is an honour to bring massage as a Registered Massage Therapist and I look forward to serving those in search of healing through touch. I have regular hours at Sai and also make house calls.
Please call with any questions and to book an appointment. My hourly rate is $70 (647) 444-2900

Touching with Our Hands Healing With Our Hearts Serving With Integrity In Touch
To touch and cherish the worth and dignity of each person as a blessed and unique expression of life Is to affirm the value of life.
To touch and accept each other in our different skins, our wounded parts and our hoping hearts Is to create safety and trust.
To touch and know the vulnerability of aching flesh, a despairing brow, a trickling tear Is to create empathy and compassion.
To touch with gentle strength and knowing softness Is to restore the healing power of touch.
To touch and express sincere praise, kind thoughts, considerate deeds and gestures Is to create confidence and self esteem.
To touch with integrity Is to create truth, honesty and wholeness within ourselves, our fellows and in our world.
To touch with our hands and heal with our hearts Is to renew the miracle and the majesty of serving with integrity in touch. by Cidalia Paiva
